Dating to the very late 1940s or early 1950s, this attractive 3 oz. Hazel Atlas jar still has its original paper label completely intact and carries a photograph of a good old dog patiently getting his treatment of Hilo. The product seems to have been intended more for outdoor dogs that lived in rural settings and were thus more exposed to fleas, ticks and lice. Still full of original contents, the jar measures 2½” tall with a 2¼” diameter. Condition is Excellent with no rusting, pitting or oxidization. Colorful blue screw-on cap. A great addition for collectors of vintage aerosols or vintage pet products.
